Local crew, not a franchise
Absolute House Wash is operated by Absolute Property Maintenance Ltd. We have been based in Johnsonville since 2018, running the northern corridor, Wellington City, the Hutt Valley, Porirua and the Kapiti Coast from the same depot.
The work is house washing, roof treatment and gutter clearing — plus driveways, decks, fences and spider treatment when the property needs it. You get a fixed online price, a date, and a crew that has already washed streets like yours.
Why we soft wash
Wellington weatherboards, stucco and brick do not survive 3,000 PSI. High-pressure blasting strips paint, forces water behind cladding and can void Colorsteel warranties. We use low-pressure detergent that kills mould and algae at the root, then rinse. That is why the finish lasts longer than a blast-and-hope wash.
Fully insured
Public liability cover on every job. We treat your property as if it were ours.
